 
What can you say about Dr. Bill? Certainly we at this
Center regard him as the finest teacher and speaker
we have ever come across, that's why we stay. It is
remarkable that one man can so skillfully and effortlessly
speak the truth with such clarity and vision. Indeed
not just here but throughout the New Thought movement
Dr. Bill is regarded as one of the finest teachers in
the metaphysical movement today.
But if it weren't for his love of metaphysics Dr. Bill
would surely be a physicist. He received his PH.D. from
Georgia Tech and was immediately sent by the Navy to
teach at the Naval Post Graduate school here in Monterey.
It was during this time that he became involved with
Religious Science and although he returned briefly to
the field of physics he found himself being more and
more drawn into the teachings of Ernest Holmes and the
path of a Minister.
He completed his training with Raymond Charles Barker
and Tom Johnson in New York and was soon back on the
Peninsula as the Minister of the Monterey Church of
Religious Science. In 1989 he left to form his own organization
the Pacific Coast Church which was changed to Pacific
Coast Center for Creative Living in 1996 when we aligned
with the Affiliated New Thought Network (ANTN).
