The corner stone of the building was laid in 1923 and
it was added to and remodeled in the early 1960’s.
The building has been lovingly cared for and cherished
by past and present owners and you will find it attractive,
restful and welcoming.
The
Sanctuary comfortably holds 150 people and the Community
Room is ideal for either a meeting or a social gathering.
The acoustics in the sanctuary, with its two curved
glass walls, lend itself extremely well to any musical
event and the full size Knabe concert grand piano is
outstanding.
The Community Room measures 23 x 41 feet (943 sq feet)
and has a Pergo (laminate) floor. As a classroom space
we can accommodate 50 students sitting and twice that
number easily when people are standing.
At this time we have no kitchen facilities but Grapes
of Wrath Catering is directly across the street and
has presented beautiful buffet style receptions and
wedding rehearsal dinners for events held here. Of course
you’re welcome to use any caterer of your choice
or bring your own food.
The recently upgraded state of the art sound
system in the Sanctuary includes JBL speakers
and a Soundcraft mixing board.
We also have a Mitsubishi XD450U data-projector
and a large Da-Lite screen available
at additional cost.
